Booking
Via Tripleseat. 20% deposit at booking.
Full payment
Due 24 hours before the event.
Cancellation
At least 7 days before event. Deposit forfeited inside that window.
Outside food
Not permitted. Exception: birthday cakes at no charge.
Outside decor
Not permitted. Our team handles decoration per your request.
Under 21
No alcohol service for events with under-21 guests of honor.
A/V equipment
Not provided. Bring any screens, mics, or speakers needed.
Overtime
$500 per 30 min unplanned; $300 per 30 min pre-booked. Waived for MyFlight delays.
