Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your booking and flight with MyFlight Tours LLC and its owners, officers, employees, pilots, agents, contractors, and affiliates (together, “MyFlight”). By checking the box during check-in, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Booking and Payment. Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation by email. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit and debit cards, along with pay-over-time options (Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm) where available. The name on your booking must match the name on the payment card and on your government-issued photo ID, which we verify at check-in.
- Authorized Payment. You confirm that you are the cardholder, or that you are expressly authorized to use the card for this booking. Payment authorization and chargeback terms are set out in our separate Cardholder Authorization.
- Passengers and Weight Limits. Each flight carries 2 to 3 passengers. For safe operation, no individual passenger may exceed 300 lbs, and total passenger weight may not exceed 600 lbs per flight, not counting the pilot. All passengers are weighed privately before boarding. Larger groups may be split across consecutive flights based on weight and availability.
- Age and Children. There is no minimum age to fly. Children under 24 months may ride on an adult’s lap at no charge; older children require their own seat and ticket. Every passenger, regardless of age, completes the safety briefing.
- Health and Fitness. Helicopter flight is a physical activity. If you are pregnant or have any medical or mobility condition, consult your physician before flying and contact us in advance. You confirm that you are fit to fly and not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Animals. No animals are permitted on MyFlight helicopters.
- Check-In and Arrival. Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled flight. Late arrivals may incur a fee or require rescheduling, and a flight you miss without contacting us is treated as a no-show and charged in full. Specific fees are set out in our Cancellation Policy.
- Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds. Our cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms, including the 24-hour booking grace period, the 7-day window, rescheduling fees, and optional Booking Protection ($9.99 per ticket), are set out in full in our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Booking Protection is the only way to obtain a refund inside the stated windows.
- Weather and Operational Changes. Every flight depends on safe conditions, and your pilot makes the final go or no-go decision. We may adjust routes for airspace, air traffic, or special events without changing your price. If MyFlight cancels your flight for unsafe weather, you are never charged, and you may reschedule, take a flight credit that never expires, or, with Booking Protection, receive a refund.
- Conduct and Right to Refuse Service. You agree to follow all crew instructions and safety rules. For the safety of everyone on board and on the ground, MyFlight may refuse or end service for any passenger who is intoxicated, disruptive, over the weight limit, or otherwise unable to fly safely, without refund.
- Assumption of Risk and Liability. Helicopter flight carries inherent risks, which you assume by flying. Liability between you and MyFlight is governed by our separate Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnification Agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyFlight’s liability is limited as set out in that agreement.
- Photography and Media. MyFlight may capture and use photographs and video taken before, during, and after your flight for marketing and promotional purposes, without compensation to you.
- Gift Cards and Promotions. Gift cards never expire and may be used at any MyFlight location. Promotional codes are subject to their own terms, cannot be combined, and may be changed or ended at any time.
- Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which your flight departs, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
- Changes to These Terms. MyFlight may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking and flight applies.
