Up to 3 passengers per helicopter, and every flight is private to your group. Larger groups are split across consecutive flights, and when we're running more than one helicopter, your group can fly at the same time on separate aircraft.
Yes, 300 lbs per passenger. We privately weigh each passenger before boarding to confirm safe aircraft loading.
Depends on the tour. Quick Hops are short introductory flights; Skyline and Big D tours are longer and cover more ground. Exact length is listed on each tour's booking page.
Absolutely. Every seat has a window view. Tag us on social if you share.
Manageable without hearing protection, however, all flights come with noise-canceling headsets, allowing all passengers and the pilot to communicate.
Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothes. Closed-toe shoes. Avoid loose items (hats, scarves) that could come off in rotor wash.
A valid photo ID and the credit or debit card you used to book. The names on the ID, the card, and the reservation all need to match. Your phone or a camera for photos.
10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled flight. Arriving late can affect the schedule for other passengers and may require rescheduling.
If you're running behind, call us as soon as you can. Arriving more than 25 minutes late carries a $25 late fee. A flight you miss entirely is treated as a no-show, charged in full.
Professional photos aren't included in the base tour price. You can add them with our Celebration or Souvenir package at checkout, or buy photos at the end of any flight.

Very. We've flown over 100,000 passengers across seven locations with zero incidents. Every helicopter is inspected every 100 flight hours by our in-house FAA certified mechanics, and every flight goes through a pre-flight check.
You'll be in good company, most of our passengers are first-timers. Our ground crew walks you through everything before you board, and the R44 is known for a smooth, steady ride.
All MyFlight pilots are FAA certified with hundreds of flight hours and ongoing internal training.
If conditions aren't safe to fly, we'll contact you to reschedule at no charge, or issue a flight credit for the full amount. If you purchased Booking Protection, you can also opt for a full refund instead. We never fly in unsafe weather.
Most of our passengers have never flown in a helicopter before. The Robinson R44 is known for its smooth, steady ride, and our ground crew will walk you through everything before you board.
You're not alone, plenty of our passengers feel the same. What surprises most of them is how different helicopter flight feels from standing on a ledge or looking down from a tall building. The smooth ride, the wide windows, and a confident pilot beside you make it much easier to settle into than you'd expect.
Motion sickness is rare on our tours. If you're prone to it, take your usual precautions before the flight (light meal, hydrate).
No, there's no age minimum. Children under 24 months ride free on a lap; anyone older needs their own seat and ticket. Every passenger watches the safety briefing.
We recommend consulting with your doctor before flying. Many disabilities are compatible with helicopter flight, but only your physician can make the call based on your specific condition. No. Because of limited cabin space and strict FAA weight-and-balance rules, no animals can fly on our helicopters.
In many cases, yes, and we'll do our best to make it work. The Robinson R44 is a small aircraft, so boarding means transferring up into the cabin, and our ground crew is there to help you get settled. A good rule of thumb: if you can get yourself into a truck, you can usually manage the helicopter the same way. Reach out before you book and we'll walk through what you need.
Full refund within the first 24 hours after booking (except same-day bookings). No refunds within 7 days of the flight. Booking Protection ($9.99 per ticket) gives you flexibility to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the flight, and turns any weather cancellation into a refund option.
