Yes, there is a strict maximum of 300lbs per person. No passenger may exceed this limit. All passengers will be weighed prior to flight.

All passengers (excluding the pilot) must not exceed 600 lbs.

Maximum of 3 passengers per trip.  If your group exceeds 3, you will be put on consecutive flights.

No age limit. Children under 24 months fly free on a lap. Anyone older needs their own ticket and seat.

Yes. Each helicopter seats up to three, so groups larger than three are split into consecutive flights. We often run more than one helicopter at once, which lets your group fly at the same time, just on separate aircraft.

Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund (excludes same-day bookings). Cancel more than 7 days before your flight for a full refund. Inside 7 days, no refund unless you added Booking Protection at checkout.

If we have to cancel for unsafe weather, you can reschedule at no charge or take a flight credit that never expires. If you added Booking Protection, you can also opt for a full refund instead.

Yes, free more than 24 hours before your flight. Inside 24 hours, a $50 fee applies. Inside 2 hours, no changes — the booking is treated as a no-show.  Please text or call.

A $9.99 per ticket add-on at checkout. Lets you cancel or reschedule for any reason up to 24 hours before your flight, full refund. Also turns weather cancellations into refund-eligible bookings.

No, we require a minimum of 2 tickets per flight. If you'd like to fly solo, you can purchase 2 tickets to rent the helicopter for yourself.
