Where we can fly.

25
nautical mile radius from any MyFlight location (about 28 miles)
Every Custom Tour departs from one of our seven MyFlight locations and is limited to a 25 nautical mile radius (about 28 miles) from that departure point. This keeps flights safe, operationally feasible, and consistent with FAA guidelines for our aircraft.

Custom Tours are available at every MyFlight location. Pick the one closest to your route in the inquiry form. If the location you choose isn't close enough to your subject, include that in your note and we'll tell you whether another location works.

Good to know.

As low as the conditions safely allow. The exact altitude depends on the location, surrounding terrain, air traffic, and airspace restrictions. Your pilot makes the call in the moment. If you have a specific altitude need, tell us in the inquiry and we'll let you know what's possible.

Sometimes. Minor adjustments (a second pass over a subject, a slight route shift) can often be accommodated. Major route changes need to be planned before takeoff for airspace and fuel reasons. Discuss any potential in-flight adjustments with your pilot before boarding.

No. Some routes can't be flown due to airspace restrictions, safety considerations, or access limitations. If your requested route is declined, we'll work with you on alternatives.

Up to three, the same as our standard tours. All passengers must be booked together on the same flight.

Yes. Tell us what you're bringing in your inquiry so we can plan for it. Handheld cameras and lenses are standard. Larger rigs, gimbals, and drone equipment need advance approval.

If conditions aren't safe to fly, we'll reschedule at no charge.

20% at booking, full payment due 24 hours before the flight. If you need to cancel, do so at least 7 days before the scheduled date.
