All flights depart from Northeast Philadelphia Airport. Passengers should enter through the Atlantic building, where MyFlight staff will be available in the main lobby to assist.
Flight Rules
- Individual passenger weight cannot exceed 300lbs.
- Minimum of 2 passengers per flight. Single riders must purchase two tickets to fly solo.
- Maximum of 3 passengers per flight. If your group exceeds this, you will be split up accordingly and placed on consecutive flights.
- If the total combined weight of all passengers exceeds aircraft limitations, your group may be split into consecutive flights.
Policies and Recommendations
- Flights welcome for all ages. There is no age minimum to fly.
- Children under 24 months must ride on a lap and do not need a ticket.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your flight. Passengers that are late 25 minutes or more are subject to a $25 late fee.
- An additional $25 per rider will be added to the ticket price for evening flight hours.
- Booking credit card and ID required prior to boarding.
Notice: Due to an influx in fraud, the booking passenger must present the credit/debit card that was used to book the flight and a valid ID that matches the booking. If a payment plan service such as Klarna, AfterPay, Affirm are used, a confirmation email must be shown.
If you are unable to present these items you will be denied your flight.

Step inside and check in with our friendly staff. We will quickly review your tour route and walk you through what to expect during the flight. Please have your ID and the credit card used for booking ready. At this time, we will also take passenger weights before heading out to the helicopter.
Expect 5 to 10 minutes
Our crew will walk you through the helicopter’s safety features and review a few simple do’s and don’ts. In many cases, you’ll also watch a short safety video that explains how to safely board and exit the aircraft. It’s quick, clear, and keeps everyone ready for a great flight.

You will be escorted to the helicopter where our crew will help you get seated and comfortable. Buckle your seatbelt, adjust your headset, and get ready for takeoff. Then sit back and enjoy the view as our professional pilots fly you above the area’s most notable landmarks.
Flight times vary by flight
After landing, our crew will help you safely exit the helicopter. Our photographers will be ready to capture photos of your group in front of the aircraft. If you purchased any packages or add-ons, they will be set up and ready at this time. All photos will be available to view and purchase after your flight.

Yes, there is a strict maximum of 300lbs per person. No passenger may exceed this limit. All passengers will be weighed prior to flight.
