Our professional videographer captures your proposal and provides close-up footage after if desired. Customers may work with a videographer for desired length and cut of video. Typically 2-3 minute video of the experience.

Policies
General details before you lift off.
Cancellations must be in writing. If MyFlight must cancel your Event, My Flight Tours will provide immediate notice, and you may exercise the option to apply your deposit to a future event or be fully refunded for any payments made. Cancellations more than 14 days prior to the Event will receive a total refund of any payments, with the exception of the nonrefundable deposit paid to My Flight Tours. Client is not entitled to any refunds if cancellation is provided within 14 days of the Event. Client remains liable for payment of all contracted fees on Event canceled for lack of payment.
Should you need to reschedule your flight, please let MyFlight Tours know as soon as possible. No changes can be made within 24 hours of your scheduled event.
Event must the paid in full 24-hours prior to the event. All payments must be paid in cash. Deposit is nonrefundable.
Customers will designate a main contact person for MyFlight Tours to contact after the couple has departed on their flight. Often this is a trusted family friend, or family member. After the couple is loaded into the helicopter, our staff will call the point of contact to have them enter the airport along with the remaining guests
Friends and family may wait in the parking lot until told to come inside.
Friends and Family may be inside or outside during the proposal. Our staff will ensure that all friends and family members are where they need to be as requested by the customer.
Balloons, rose petals, confetti, party poppers, flammable items such as sparklers, real candles, and any loose items that may blow away. Remember, the helicopter lands next to the Marry Me display and it is very windy. Be mindful of this.
Couple: Arrive 15 minutes before your flight. You do NOT need to arrive any earlier.
Family and Friends: Arrive at the exact time of departure and wait in the parking lot for our staff to contact them. Please be sure to have friends and family arrive on time so they do not miss the proposal.
Proposal package comes with 30 minutes of ramp access. Additional charges will be applied to the final invoice for an Event that extends beyond the scheduled time of the Event if the extension is not due to MyFlight Tours circumstances.

- Strict 300 lbs per seat weight limit
- Max combined weight of passengers must not exceed 600 lbs, excluding the pilot
- Free airport parking
- 50% deposit to hold reservation required
- Must be paid in full 24hrs before event
- All payments must be in cash
