Setup
We recommend planning 30 minutes for setup of prom send off activities. You are welcome to bring temporary tables, balloon arches, and any outside decorations. Balloons filled with helium are not allowed along with any loose materials that might blow away. Remember, this is a live airport and we must follow the rules set by the city and the FAA.
Jet Taxi
Have your prom date ready for your grand entrance. You will be picked up on one side of the airport and taxied down to the party area for red carpet exit.
Celebrate
Time to take your photos, videos, and celebrate. Party with food and drinks along with music. Food and drinks must be brought to the airport. MyFlight does not supply any party supplies or food.
Pack Up
Leave extra time to collect your belongings, materials and pack up all the celebration equipment.

FAQ’s
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date.
Flights are not included, but prom participants will enjoy the unique experience of taxiing in the jet to the event space.
The event lasts for 90 minutes.
Yes, the following items are prohibited:
- Alcohol
- Loose balloons (a balloon arch is allowed, but balloons cannot be filled with helium)
- Drones
- Loose rose petals or confetti
- Party poppers, sparklers, or any items that combust or emit an open flame
- Smoke machines
- Pets or animals
No, vehicles are not allowed on the airfield.
No, but you are welcome to work with outside vendors to bring food to your event.
We provide the following:
- Red carpet
- Music and a Bluetooth speaker (connect your own device for custom playlists)
- Aircraft for display or taxiing
- A 100’ x 100’ ramp space
To ensure smooth transitions, additional time is charged at $600 per 30 minutes, billed to the credit card on file.
General payments are cash only, but a credit card will be required on file for incidental charges, such as overtime fees.
While discounts are not available for bundling, our add-ons are competitively priced to make your event unforgettable.
In the event of inclement weather, we will work to reschedule your event. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, but it cannot be guaranteed due to scheduled flights. Please provide at least 3 days’ notice.
Time changes cannot be made within 48 hours of the scheduled start.
This event takes place exclusively outside on the airfield ramp.
Yes, the event is limited to 30 participants, including prom attendees and any other guests.
Yes, outside vendors are welcome but must be preapproved at least one week in advance.
Absolutely! Bringing your own photographer or videographer is highly encouraged.
