To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, please review our flight requirements before booking:

• Passenger Capacity: Each helicopter can accommodate up to 3 passengers per flight.

• Group Size: Groups of 4 or more passengers will be split evenly across multiple flights.

• Weight Limits:

  • Individual seat limit: 300 lbs per person (strictly enforced).

  • Combined passenger limit: 600 lbs total for 3 passengers.

• Ticket Minimum: A two-ticket minimum purchase is required per flight. Solo riders are welcome but must purchase two tickets.

• Children: Children under 24 months may sit on a parent’s lap and do not require a ticket.

• Seating: All seating is determined by the pilot for safety and weight balance purposes.

• Accessibility: Please contact us in advance if you have any special requirements so we can best accommodate your needs.

• Weather & Safety: Flights are weather dependent and may be rescheduled at the pilot’s discretion for your safety.

Our departure point is conveniently located at one of the many fall pop-up locations listed above, offering a stunning aerial perspective of the surroundings. Simply drive up to the ticket booth for on-site ticket purchases. Additionally, you can secure your spot by making online reservations.

Perfect for families, our helicopter tours are fun for kids of all ages, offering a safe and thrilling adventure everyone can enjoy. Whether it’s your child’s first flight or an annual family tradition, the experience of flying over stunning Fall foliage is truly unforgettable.Children under the age of 2 can sit on a lap and don’t require a ticket. While it’s encouraged for kids to be accompanied by a parent or guardian, it’s not mandatory.

Our pilots undergo rigorous internal and FAA-regulated commercial training, including emergency procedures training. We place safety as our top priority, and this is reflected in the entire experience from boarding to unloading. We take maintenance just as seriously as safety. All our helicopters undergo strict electronic logging and the most rigorous manufacturer and FAA inspections at regular intervals of 50, 100, 200, 300, and 500 hours of flight time. Our maintenance staff is located right in Detroit, ensuring top-notch care and attention to the entire fleet. With us, you can be confident that you’re in safe hands.  It is no coincidence that we have a ZERO incident record and we intend on keeping it that way.

• Cancellations within 7 days of your scheduled flight are not permitted. Should you choose to cancel within the 7 days of your original booking, no refunds will be issued. This includes bookings made within the 7-day cancellation window.
• Refunds will not be given for weather unless you purchase weather insurance.
• If you do not purchase weather insurance we will either reschedule your flight or issue a flight credit to be used at a later date and time.
• No-shows will be charged in full, with no refund or flight credit.

If you need to reschedule your flight please contact booking@myflighttours.com and provide the first and last name on the booking, the reference number, and the date and time you would like to be rebooked for.

• If you choose to reschedule more than 24 hours before your scheduled departure, it is free.
• If you chose to reschedule within 24 hours from your scheduled departure, we charge a flat rate of $50 per reschedule.
• No rescheduling changes may be made to your flight within 2-hours prior to take off. If you are unable to make your flight, it will be considered a no-show with no refund.
